for example ,here are a few words from other lanuages:

from chinese: gung-ho , kowtow ,silk , tea , wok , wonton
from german: finger , fish , hand ,pretzal ,sauerkraut ,seltzer
from spanish : alligator , chocolate , cocoa ,hurricane ,lasso ,maize ,tamale ,tomato ,tortilla
