I'm about to start a book called The Palm Wine Drinkard. It's for my African Lit. class.

And I just finished another book for African Lit. called Things Fall Apart. It was actually pretty good. I hated the ending though.... :hdach:

It's about Shakira's life-or something like that!!!
I read many, many books as I study literature so it's hard for me to pick one,but besides the books I have to read for my classes,I discovered one by Martin Page-"I've decided to become stupid"(this is the word by word translation from my language)-great book!!!

it's written by 2 writers, NICOLA KARUS & EMMA MCLAUGHLIN

I'm reading "I Know This Much is True" by Wally Lamb. It's a great story, but he could have shortened it a LOT!! Stretching too much :s

I justed started to read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie
my friend recomended it to me
it was written in 1936 but you would be surprised that 95% of it still works.

I found a summary of the book on i-net : http://www.westegg.com/unmaintained/carneg...in-friends.html

But it is better to read the book itself.
If you don“t have a time for it, just look at the summary ^^

I think it rocks!
